Ashes 2005

Cricket... It took my bloody long time to start getting this game, but I can proudly say now that I finally understand what it's all about (I think...)!!!

Brits are definitelly a football nation, but surprisingly (or not!) cricket can be in favour as well. Especially in the year of Ashes...
Ashes is the oldest and most prestigeous cricket tournament in the world - always played in England, always between Endgland and Australia and almost always won by Australians. Although this year spirits are running high as Michael Vaughan & co seem to be on a good track to change the tradition of Ozzie triumphs.

As to me - I wouldn't call myself a fan of cricket, although being surrounded by the game's fans, I check results and watch it from time to time on TV. It helps me to follow at least what my colleagues at work are talking about!
After all the game is not that bad! Maybe sometimes boring, although some players in their white outfits can make it interesting;-)

Unexpected news...

Feels like we took this photo just yesterday...
Cannot wait for your visit in December.
114 days and counting down...

Started blogging...

God only knows how long I was getting myself together to start blogging! There was so many events recently I wanted to write about! After all it is hard to get bored in London...
I'm only worried if I'll be persistent enough to write here more or less regularly.
Maybe even one day I'll decide to make this blog public???
