Very special bond

We tend to do same things at the same time...
Having a haircut on the same day, writing CVs at the same time, going for business trips around same date.

Many would call it coincidence, but after today I'm determined to say it's something more than that.

We both took sick leave for the first time in our careers, both struggling with pain that could be soothed by ice cream :)

All of this despite being separated by almost 11,000 kilometres and 7 hours in time difference.

It feels awesome to have somebody like that in the world :)

Born 10 December 2006, 13.45 CET - my best friend's daughter, Mateusz's baby sister and my god-child (first one:))

Can't wait to meet her in person in two weeks time.

Meet Mateusz

This is Mati - my best friend's two year old. Due to lack of babies in my approximate family, I chose to spoil him to the bits whenever I visit Czestochowa. After all his so adorable!

Biggest reunion yet

Last week's trip to Germany was supposed to be all about football but with a mix of coincidence, luck and Monika's driving it turned into biggest NZ MC 02-03 reunion so far:)

Gitti was in Germany with her work's sport event and together with Amit we managed to spend two days with her. The fun was even better as Aditi was there as well. It was great to catch up with them all - a warm up before even bigger reunion in 6 months: almost all of us from 02/03 and 03/04 confirmed to be there at Sharon and Alan's wedding.
